People have to remember the majority of these kids aren't making the big NIL money.

Eligibility rules are still in place. 4 years unless you RS for some reason medically; now that covid years are over.

Getting a bunch of kids between 18 -23 to agree and be on the same page; I would imagine would be tough. Hard to imagine the way you see some of the facilities football players in particular get to dwell in, they feel too horrible.
If you want the 3rd party/independent of the university NIL money - you are getting up at 4:30 a.m. anyway for weight lifting at 5 a.m. anyway.

The scholarship is full(for most of the players anyway).
Don't want to play in the rain?
Don't want to play Noon games?

All the things that generate $$$$.
Hard to see it TBH. NIL isn't paid by the schools!

The schools: "are providing a platform for these independent contractors to showcase their talents and earn NIL dollars - so why bite the hand that feeds"?
