Who were the guys in the Clemson bullpen? There was one guy in uniform, so he must be a player or coach. Two other guys were not in uniform. They all three had about as good of a look at it live as anyone. None of them reacted as if their team just hit a home run. Rather they all three reacted exactly the way you would if your guy just hit a long foul ball.
So who were those guys and did they have any comment?
btw, that popular X video is worthless. When someone films their TV screen with their phone, you lose all kinds of resolution. That clip is completely useless.

I don't give two sheets how you feel about the video.
PS what kinda bush league biglots baseball program only has one camera angle on that HR. I'll bet you a hundred milk bones that the Homer buttsniffer video crew had a better angle that they just didn't find in time for the review.

Were the umpires ACC umpires? In football usually referees are from the visiting team's conference.
Were they SEC umpires? If so that is a problem. Home field and aligned umpires.
Were they travel ball umpires from the teams the UGA coaches' sons play on?
Does anyone know?

It was a terrible call. I have the game recorded in 1080p md replaying it frame by frame shows it’s fair. However, that didn’t lose us the game. I always roll my eyes when someone says the refs/umps lost that one for us. Sounds like Ohio St fans and the Justyn Ross not fumble. We had plenty of opportunities to win the game. Being elite means overcoming bad officiating. How many times did we have a man on third with one out in extras? Case closed. Bad call. Move on.
As far as Neff making a comment, why would he do that? Unless he wants to write the SEC umpires a check for speaking out against officials.

Baseball is all about timing and situation and every single at bat after that moment would have changed if the correct call had been made. I actually believe we woulda played looser and won by a comfortable margin if we had taken the early lead, but again that's just opinion.

It does not matter what people thought they saw because it was so close to the foul pole. Video shuts up any foul ball theory. It was definitely a fair ball.
