B1G Ten country and the northeast really could not care less about college baseball. (and folks had rather see us in the B1G, heck NO) It's just not a big thing like it is in the South. Seems like the ACC and SEC have always dominated the polls and the tourney.

TBH, I’d rather dominate the Big10 in baseball from our perch in SC and cash that Big10 money than annually be the 13th place team in the SEC. Next season the Big10 adds Oregon, UCLA, and USC so warmer climates with schools that will begin to re-invest their Big10 money into baseball.

What would we do play those three schools way out on the West Coast and FSU all season long while it's freezing and snowing north. No thanks. The B1G would kill our spring sports IMO.
Clemson has nothing in common with the majority of the B1G schools.

Any B1G fan will tell you that if you had to play them in 3' of snow with 100mph winds you wouldn't stand a chance.
