You’ve been a member of this forum for 14 years. This is probably the best baseball team we’ve fielded in that entire time. Perusing your post history you’ve never really had much to say about baseball. We’re fourth in the polls and fourth in RPI and yet you have been unrelentingly negative about this team. Any particular reason you suddenly feel the need to express such disapproval about a sport you’ve shown no particular interest in previously?

Because at the beginning of the year this team started off looking like it was special.... Pitching was always mediocre but the bats were good enough to overcome it so we still had a shot. Then the bats went into the crapper over the past 4 weeks and we still aren't where we need to be but it's better than what it was

I feel the team can be better and keep in mind, the only team we played in the top 25 lately, we lost. Still got work to do

We started 4-1 with a loss to Kennessaw State. We’re currently .782 which is pretty much the same pace. That pace is the sixth best since Bill Wilhelm became coach and Is basically a rounding error difference from all of those other than 1991. Our pitching is currently second in the conference in ERA, first in the conference against conference opponents. Your understanding of what you are watching is not aligned with reality. And thinking we can do “better” and “still have work to do” are not what your constant negativity expresses.
