With college football now set up like the NFL but with fewer restrictions on buying players, there is no recruiting "shocker".

We had a shot because he is coming out of the same HS as Justyn Ross and EJ Williams but you know if he spoke to Williams, he did not get a good vibe about us from him.

He's going to collect on his one year NIL contract and then see the dumpster fire he is at and transfer to where either he can win a championship or place that can make him a first round NFL receiver.

from a Clemson sports writer on another site. He said that the Clemson staff was willing to oversign at wr position for Matthews or Coleman, but that they preferred Matthews and if they don't get him, then would focus on Coleman if he was still available. They repeatedly said that it was a long shot but Clemson was still in it and never to count out Dabo as long as he's still in the hunt.

Was a heavy Auburn-lean for months. Clemson was high on him, so was LSU. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, Texas ATM lands him.
