The best thing we have going for us is the immediate competition around us are pretty much all SEC teams which means even if we deserve the 4th or 5th national seed we will get the 3rd. The committee will not want to have all sec teams at 1-3 or 1-4. I promise you that. These are all hypotheticals here. Too much baseball left to be played and we play around with fire a lot but if we can finish strong we are positioned well. The truth is though, and this may sound stupid to some but at this point being a national seed doesn’t mean Jack if they don’t seed accordingly. Ive said this a few times already but if we get stuck with an SEC team that has an unbelievable arm………

I smell dog poop uga or maybe even a vandy** (a couple series that would knock them just out of hosting) that will find their way into our regional.

Jmho, but if we're the 3 seed, it could even be the coots.

Of the Top Ten - 50% of the teams are $EC, 30% are ACC, and 20% other.

Of the Top Twenty - 35% are ACC, 35% are $EC, and 30% are other.

A little bias in the top ten; less so in the top twenty.

By Q1 W-L percentage, UK is 1, Clemson is 2.
