on time and under budget. Limiting change orders to zero and rolling them into the budget helps keep clients happy too.

proper protocol for contract change orders, Proper Document retention, proper project setup, Project Management Plans, Risk Plans, Safety Plans, etc.
Greenr wasn't the PM when this was setup and the PM is no longer here, I inherited this shidd project. Had no Subcontractor Quality Plan or Subcontractor Safety Plan in place. Also, have no clue when the subcontractor, a surveyor, calibrated their equipment 3 years ago when they surveyed. Those were my deficiencies. Everything else I was able to find, create, or creatively lie about in the last 4 workdays.
Just got off the phone with regional boss, he said he heard I did a great job. SOMEBODY IS EATING STEAK TONIGHT!!!!! Not me, but I am sure someone is.
