Not a bad thought but he's had 2 good years. Been there 4 as head coach and just isn't proven enough imo. Kinda like Lee, hot coach but not proven. Rather have ND or East Carolina coach that's gotten to supers and CWS.
A coach that's developed talent to keep the top 100 players to stay committed like sully and Corbin have done. Kids feel like they'll get development from said coaches. We recruit great in June but by July, the class is low 30's upper 20's.
