As I watched Shipley have his little temper tantrum yesterday
Nov 13, 2022, 9:37 AM

throwing his helmet and yelling and screaming after a fumble, I wondered how long it’s been since we have had a player who got that emotional on the sidelines.
It’s been a while, hasn’t it?

Agree, Bill! It’s be nice to see some others get PO’d and upset when they mess up, instead of pointing to themselves (as if everybody watching hadn’t see the flub) saying, “my bad” as if that makes it better.

Hi, Blue Caddie. She actually was trying to be demeaning.

She later in this thread said Ship wasn't being "passionate" but was "out of control", implying it was bad.
So yeah, she had no intentions of being positive. Just another weak troll job. She apparently sits around everyday trying to find ways to troll the football team, you know, because "misery loves company".

It's a little over the top in my opinion. If it happens every once in a while maybe you can justify it. Acting that way doesn't show you care more than someone who doesn't. It just draws attention to you and makes everyone around uncomfortable. What if everyone on the team acted that way when they made a mistake?

Nothing but pure passion, troll.
We could use that type of passion from the basketball team, because Lord knows the head coach doesn't instill any fire.
Troll.

Agree with some points on skalski. He was kind of a POS in his personal life while he was at Clemson. Sad to say, because I was a huge fan on the field.

I don't mind a player being visibly upset with himself. When a player gets emotional with coaches or other players that's a different matter.

What kind of Clemson fan comes on the Clemson board to throw shade at the most successful Clemson sports program 100% of the time?

As I watched USuck defeat the basketball team, I thought gee, if only Brad would rip his clothes off in front of Neff, we could get some shiny new facilities and win, win and win.
Ok, Shipley got overly emotional. Big deal, but to focus on that instead of what a baller both he and Maffah are is really petty.

He's a running back with a linebacker mentality. And also probably a perfectionist who is pretty hard on himself. We don't all mature at the same level and he will learn to control some of the passion and intensity and channel it into something positive. People who expect a lot of themselves and those they care about can be easily disappointed.
