Photo: Williams gives big thumbs up as he is carted off

Clemson receiver Mike Williams suffered a neck injury as he hit a padded goalpost while scoring a touchdown in the first quarter vs. Wofford today. He was moving extremities and was taken to Oconee Hospital in Seneca.

As Williams was carted off the field, he gave a big thumbs up to the roaring home crowd.
