Jay Guillermo "I talked to Jay yesterday and I was very encouraged by our conversation," Swinney said. "He is doing all of the things he needs to do, and hopefully he will continue doing that and will be back with us at some point. But that is really on him." Guillermo voiced some displeasure last week with some things surrounding the program, but Swinney said he didn't see the tweets. "I have no idea about any of that," he said. "I don't tweet so I don't have a clue. I don't have anything on my desk about it."

on Friday. Swinney announced earlier in the spring that Guillermo - a potential starter who logged 207 snaps in eight games last season - would miss the spring as he dealt with personal issues. Guillermo is not in school this semester, but Swinney said the two spoke Friday.
