guess he made the right decision for himself. But Im still willing to bet J. Davis has a better freshman year. Any takers?

not a joke. I guess I just mean that Davis will likely get more touches (out of necessity, given that you have Merriweather, Browning, Coleman), so if "better" means more yards, I think Davis has an advantage given the abysmal RB situation at SC. J. Davis has a bright future though as he moves up the ranks.

Our Oline is going to be a ton better than SCARS. Not to mention SOS isnt a huge fan of the run in the first place.
Hopefully Spences O creates a ton of yardage on the ground. He has a good history of this. I feel like J.Davis can still have a better year as a #2 or #3 running back running behind our OL in our Offensive scheme than J. Davis will running behind SCARs OL in SOSs Offensive scheme.

game too. I don't profess to be an expert on his UF days, but I do remember that he had a couple of good backs there that were 1,000+ rushers, even with the passing game. Ernest Graham comes to mind, can't really remember before him. I know Emmitt was pre-Spurrier.
But I get your point, and who knows what will happen.

is if MD gets hurt or 2 of our top 3 guys get hurt. We just have so much depth. You have to use all 4 guys.

He'd be playing behind Coleman, Merriweather, Browning and James Davis and he knows it which is why he chose $CU over Clemson. What it all boils down to is that $CU if forced to start a kid at RB who likely wouldn't make the three-deep at Clemson.
