We will have 4 TIGERS in the Field:

MyfavOrange® ‘s Weekly Pick, Kurt Kitayama, will be paired with Colin Morikawa.

In 2017 this Event became a Team Event, where on Thursday and Saturday, the format will be best ball. On Friday and Sunday, the format will be alternate shot. The purse at the Zurich Classic is $8.9 million with $1,286,050 million going to each member of the winning team.

Each year, I keep hoping a couple of our Tigers will team up for the Zurich Classic and it finally has happened! I'd like to see more of this in the future.

Yeah, odd that the last few tournaments Alice and Alex have switched places. Alice has definitely hit a rough patch. She did that last year. Started on fire and then just average.
Thought Doc was headed for an epic round but the scores are unreal how low they are.
Jacob, birdies first 2 holes and fizzled out. I'm not too familiar with Chandler Phillips. He had one good tournament finish t3 this year and that's it. Really thought they'd go really low too... kinda thought he and his bud Chris Gotterup might pair up. Jacob needs to get on the stick soon. Dropped to 122 in FedEx.
Haley has been going to the tournaments with him. They must be getting close to tying the knot.
Great to see Ben and Carson win this thing. Should be a fun pairing.
Thanks skeeta56 for providing the pictures under my women's golf selection post. I ignored the other gentleman who wanted pics. That was fun to watch. As you know, Melena was doing backflips.
May 1 with the men's selection should be interesting.

Early but -1 thru 5.
Doc... dang it. Double bogey on 17 spoiled a nice round. He wouldn't have been near the top as -5 will end up in the 30s range, but now -3, he'll be behind the opening cut imo.

with a double bogey and bogey on her front 9 . . . but, like a TIGER . . . fought back to Even Par for her day . . . T-46th Place isn’t a terrible place to be heading into Cut Day.

Yeah, it was a nice bounce back. That darn bogey in between the par 5's on the back. Was hoping she'd squeeze under par.
Yeah, sadly she'll have to. But it'd be awesome if she wore Clemson colors ala Ricky Fowler.
How bout our Tiger Sam Saunders. T4 -8 and clean card with an eagle to boot. He was so close on 18. Just chewed a bit too much right on his tee ball. Crosses the rough, he's got a nice iron to the green.
Jacob/Chandler... 6 hole stretch on the front with all pars. Pitiful bogey on the back turned a decent round into a less than average round. Shame on PGA for not having shot tracker on and not showing both partner scores.
Thought Carson and Ben might could score better.
