This is just 3 of the NGOs - imagine how many more are getting that sweet taxpayer money without any real scrutiny. I'm thinking that when an NGO gets 99.6% of their funding from the Federal Government (Endeavor Inc.) they aren't really an "Non-Governmental Organization". At that point they are all but a defacto arm of the Government where the executives have found a way to avoid the Government pay scale caps to get paid more than the President.

Just as US military interventions and war lines the pockets of the MIC, military logistics companies, and gives rise to a whole US industry of highly paid military mercenaries (i.e. "private military security companies") - apparently having an out of control border does the same for "NGOs" with one big exception - the border NGO folks can claim 501c(3) status...
