his 3rd Round @ The Zurich Classic.
Bridgeman and Phillips shot -9 today in the last “Best Ball” round.
In the Alternate Shot round yesterday, they had the best round going before fiasco hit in their closing holes. Hopefully both will play well tomorrow and have a chance for a Top 5 finish!!!
Here’s what is at stake:
“WITH A WIN: The Zurich Classic of New Orleans awards FedExCup points and official money, and will count as an official victory for the members of the winning team. As such, both players will receive a two-year winner’s exemption and an eligibility into Invitational fields, including the Sentry Tournament of Champions and THE PLAYERS Championship. Additionally, the PGA of America will include both members of the winning team in the Tournament Winners category for the PGA Championship.
PRIZES: FedExCup points and prize money will be awarded to teams making the cut based on combining every two positions from the distribution table for a standard TOUR event, with each team member receiving an equal share. For instance, the winning team will evenly split first and second place FedExCup points (500 for first and 300 for second for 800 total points, or 400 for each player). Official prize money will be distributed in the same manner.”

And Jacob missed 2 par 5's today, Plus the one yesterday. Still, given the misses, I count at a minimum 5 shots that they missed. Hit it way right on 17 yesterday... maybe you get up and down, but probably bogey at worst. First round bogey and the 6 hole stretch Thursday with no feathers. No doubt they should be 22 under. Hopefully wind or something stirs this afternoon.
Proud of Sam, Doc and Kyle. Ashamed that Bryson didn't play. He might could have scored on this course.
Hey, at least Alice gives herself a chance for more $ tomorrow with a great round. She's hanging in there.

Other than making the Cut yesterday, I am not impressed nor satisfied with any of Our TIGERs’ performances today (attachment 2). Doc Redman (-20), Kyle Stanley(-9) and Sam Saunders (-46) all DROPPED places on Moving Day. Not a good day at all.
Let’s see what they are really made of when they Tee It Up tomorrow. Pairings, Times and Starting Holes are attached (3).
