It's a road side joint. Can't miss it. YUGEish for road side.

It was an outdoor kitchen set up.
There was a trailer that could be used like a food truck I suppose, but they had grills and smokers everywhere covered with tents.
They were pushing mad volume mainly through call in orders from what I could tell
