I don't have direct info regarding Jack, but even if he withdraws from the portal he won't be back at Clemson. I believe his college days are done. I don't think a wavier is happening.
As for RJ, there is a chance he comes back. I don't have any info on how talks with OU went, or how the Va Tech option looks, but as of the weekend, he was still considering a return. Of course as JStone mentioned, a spot has to open for him. But the chances PJ come back is very very slim.

My understanding from reading several local Clemson media sources, Brownell is still looking for another #4. PJ is not returning so in theory there’s a spot for RJ if Brownell is open to idea to let him back in the door. Perhaps RJ is finding out other programs aren’t promising starting minutes either?

If I was a coach, I wouldn't promise a player anything unless you have another MJ or Bird. Make them earn the starting spot.
