The NCAA has not won a single federal law suit filed against it re. NIL. LEAD attorney Jeffery Kessler who has a law suit now pending in federal court, in which a judge issued a restraining order against NCAA from enforcing it's NIL rules.
This law suit will cost the NCAA one billion dollars which will be passed on to schools.

Is this the end of the NCAA?

WILL the SEC and BIG leave the NCAA and form a new college association comprised of only the SEC /BIG.
