I recently hit halfway to 90, but I don't know that I will make it that far. Not unless Clemson football goes back to 2018

Although he had a losing record at Clemson, he introduced the trademark "tiger paw" logo to Clemson.[wiki]. Also of note he played in the backfield with Bart Starr at Alabama.

Always sorry to see a Tiger leave us.

Go Tigers!

If I remember correctly Some other member in the AD went to Henderson adv in Greenville suggesting they come up with a new logo. They presented a helmet with the paw and Frank Howard really liked it . So I guess Hootie was just the coach when It was aproved.
