And I'm afraid it's behind a paywall and I'd just assume not pay Steve Bannon & Company if I can avoid it. I'll take your word though about everything the article states.

Charge was for disclosing confidential docs obtained during “discovery”. Must be a judge something the picture?
. Article was clearly a sketchy propaganda piece.

I'm 100% NOT giving my email to thenationalpulse.com to see what sort of tripe they're making up, but she was charged with illegally accessing voting machines. Unless you believe anybody anytime anywhere should be able to access everything in a voting machine.
Also, "passing to law enforcement" means she posted almost all of whatever she found to her X account (save for some leaked emails that she gave to a sheriff in Northern Michigan).
Stop being so gullible. These sites are what reasonably even-keeled people refer to as "confirmation bias".

from a fringe site, we're starting with assumptions about veracity. I can't (won't, rather, because not giving weirdos my email) read what he posted, but I could read his headline. A quick search shows what actually occurred from relatively center sources like AP, Reuters, NPR, The Hill, etc.
If it's something controversial like this (that really shouldn't be, but for people like Tom trying to create and push a narrative), I'll treat it like I treat recipes, and look up 4 or 5 or 6, and triangulate what I believe to be the closest factual narrative based on multiple inputs (or arrive at the best version of potato leek soup). I just kinda assumed that's how everybody does it.

She was representing a client being sued by Dominion. She accessed the voting machine during the discovery process to defend her client. Then passed what she found on to law enforcement.
The article says nothing about twitter.
Basically she found something she wasn’t supposed to and the federal government stepped in. You can keep crying fake news all you want. Funny you only do it when it fits your narrative. Clowns.

She absolutely would NOT be charged with illegally accessing voting machines if it was during the discovery process. Back that statement with anything remotely factual or evidentiary.

are you sure that really makes sense?
You're suggesting she's being charged with a crime for simply doing what she should have been doing during discovery phase of a trial. That's doesn't trip off your BS detector...even a little bit? You're not left wondering maybe there is a little more to this story or maybe you don't have all of the facts? Maybe what you've read so far is wrong?
Here's the AP report, which gives some context. I couldn't read the story in the OP due to wanting my e-mail, etc...
https://apnews.com/article/voting-machines-dominion-defamation-68d3f3a4e840ccb7a81d72837c4f6b3e
I didn't read this story and come away thinking anyone was acting like Stalin.
Sounds to me like she broke the judge's order and then didn't show up for her court date...my guess is she didn't show up for court and hoped she'd be arrested for the publicity...so folks like CTom can go on site like this and make up stuff about Stalin.

She is charged with 4 felonies for illegally accessing voting machines.

There is nothing illegal about this if it's done during discovery, as you're quite aware, but willfully ignoring, which means she did this outside of the discovery process.
She's also charged with failing to appear for a hearing (a crime, since you're asking "what crime?").

Look what happened to Peter Navaro. He was the guitarist for the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Now is in jail in South Florida for not reporting to the Deep State about Jan 6th and Trump. Witch hunt.

I think you mean Dave Navarro; He played in Jane's Addiction and was also a guitarist for the RHCP.
Peter Navarro is a completely different person.
