We seem to feel OK about our 2 Co-OC's but should we, in that

We're going from a Top 5 OC making over $1.3 MiL and a ton of school & national rcords..to two untested in battle OC's but smart asst coaches..probably making about $500.000 each.
What say you? For me I'm excited since I feel Chad Morris had gotten a bit stale & predictable and not a great 2nd half strategist when he needed to outfox the opponent who all too often had outfoxed him...imho.

I'm glad for Chad, and I'm excited for us. I think Chad left us in a lot better shape than he found us, and I see both his replacements bringing a new dimension to our team. Both have much to offer, and both are great recruiters, as well. Bright future ahead, IMO.

Morris was only stale and predicable when Cole was in. Did you not see DW setting records this year??
We'll be fine and the next 4 years at QB looks bright.

I didn't notice that. It seemed when his quarterback played

well, we had a ### good offense that kept people on their heels.
It would have been good to see what he could have done with a big strong running back like Tyshon Dye healthy.

I'm sure DW4 will be calling a lot of plays at the line of scrimmage because he is that good me thinks.

And a comparable OL to add to the effectiveness of the running game. That has been the missing link for a long time. I see that taking a much more prominent focus in the future. The incoming class is the start of something new and outstanding.

And they all have about the same result: Maintain above average performance and wait for our competition to have down years. This year the coots finally took a downturn, so we managed to stop our slide. FSU looks like they are beginning to slide backwards, but that's really a big unknown right now. If they continue this backwards slide, we might get a chance to win our division again. Otherwise I suppose we just wait and tread water. Besides, there's always next year right?

know how things will play out in advance, maybe you can go ahead and get you one of those west end zone suites they are refurbishing, since we all know that you will be a gazzillionaire with all the vegas winnings that you are sure to accumulate.

Overall, I am optimistic about our football program. I really like Coach Swinney, trust his judgement, and support his decisions. Sure, he could have searched for an experienced OC, but it seems as though there was some concern about potentially losing some of our recruits, had he decided to bring in someone from the outside. From the standpoint of maintaining the existing chemistry and culture of our program, it was an outstanding choice.
While we should be hopeful that our new young OCs will hit the ground running, we should also be mindful of the possibility that things might not go as smoothly in the beginning as we had hoped. I am looking forward to seeing the impact this new combination of Elliott, Scott, and Streeter will have on this offense, and wonder how it will differ from the last few years under Morris.

not really, he had done well as the oc at Tulsa and did a good job with their qb and had him breaking records. he had also called plays as a hs hc. so he came with more experience and on the college level. actually as far as experience is concerned, streeter is much more qualified as he played the position and has been an oc and play caller at two different college programs.

You can never tell what a coach will do at a particular school until he is given the chance to do it. I am not worried about our Co-O.C.s. I am confident that if they do not perform, Dabo will quickly correct the problem.

will take us to the next level. I don't think The Chad was ever going to take us to the next level. DW stay healthy and we keep these coaches then we are good to go toward another NC
