UGA recruiting

Don't know if yall have seen this or not but it certainly made my eyes bulge for a second. Ole Little boy haircut, vizor wearing turd Alpha Kirby Smart have had 3 big time decommit/flips since 18 July. (247l #3 Ath, #11 and #13 safeties. Couple this with missing out with #1safety in the country top 10 national recruit in UGA's backyard KJ Bolden.
On 247 composite list Georgia has 1 commit from the top 11 in the state. The lone commit being the #1 overall who transfered from out of state to avoid a 5 game suspension and ironically transfered to the same HS as KJ Bolden as well as 5 star DT Eddrick Houston.
I'm not saying Georgia is falling off the mountain. Their class is still pretty insane despite the decommits. But I do find it very interesting. The fact that some of the best talent in the country is within 100 miles of Sanford Stadium . They've struck out with kids on their doorstep and this following back to back National Championships and a serious likelihood of playing for more in the near future. Most of these kids are Dawg fans from birth and they've watched the home team turn into a juggernaut before their very eyes.
In state recruiting isn't near the factor that it once was but for this area, I would say it's vital. There is just too much talent and some serious difference makers right here. The talent within 90 minutes of my house is staggering. If a good college coach filled the entire roster with the best players around here, they would be a consistent top 15 team.
Anyway....I know the sky isn't falling in Athens but I revel in every loss of any kind regarding UGA football.

Frequently. I only catch up with Georgia news when I read about it in the headlines.

When you commit more crimes than '01 Miami it's bound to cause issues.

This year will begin their slide. They are fortunate to have such a putrid regular season schedule.
But they’ll stumble somewhere in the regular season. Depending on Bamas QB play, probably the SEC championship.
One things for sure, there will be no 3 peat. They’re not going to fall off the map. But like us and Bama they’ll undergo a couple transition years.
