They will be in the ACC before it is said and done, either when they jump to 16 or when someone else leaves and gets replaced.

Even on ESPN this morning, they said that both Cincy and UConn are sitting there because the ACC knew no one was coming to get them. However, there was a fear that Louisville could go elsewhere. So, they took them first effectively.
