Poor decision to put the band on the hill, uncomfortable angle to stand and play. Slick shoes, what if there has been a little rain before or during the game. CU can do better.

There are currently (using round numbers) in the US
900,000 Dr.s of medicine 700,000 Police Officers
1.4 million lawyers
*Ive always considered lawyers larvae. Many of whom later pupate into politicians who write more laws which in turn require more..... you guessed it.

They should let ANY student, no matter how many, IN !

Its only 19K fans ... its the Students Team ... if the entire student want's to go to a game, they should ALL be able too and we can watch it on TV at home, at a tailgate, whatever ...
19K students will make a LOT more noise then a bunch of old farts in the stands
Oh yeah, money ....

The people that give the real money are in clubs that students don't have access to... Many of the older fans have opted out due to obvious concerns. The messed up part are the large donors are the people who will get this shut down as the elderly who will go will #1 not wear a mask, #2 get sick, and have a great chance of dying.
Honestly, many people who have the lower decks give the bare minimum to keep the seats, because they've had them in their families since the 1970s-1980s, the lower deck tickets don't bring in that much Iptay money.

Don't know about that . I'm on top row of lower deck on goal line and I have to pay $1700.00 to purchase 4 tix .

I'm donating $1750 each for 2 $300 seat equity seats.
Aug 28, 2020, 10:19 PM

I spoke to an IPTAY representative today about adding a 4th term to the priority point equation which is total donation divided by the sum of each seat times its seat equity . If you are giving minimum donation for the sum of each seat times its seat equity, then you get zero points for the 4th term. Somebody in my boat would get 5 points for the 4th term. The IPTAY representative liked the idea and is going to bring it up at the next appropriate meeting.

Students should be first to get tickets.
I am a former grad and current iptay member.
If I was still in school I would be upset if I could not get tickets to MY school’s games.
If you are concerned with the spread of covid, iptay coming in for games would not help stopping the spread.
Students are future iptay members. It is short sighted not to look to future especially in today’s conditions.

To be fair, many students who are out of state are opting out and not coming back for the semester. Another good many are people who feel threatened by the virus and wouldn't attend.
I'd say 2,200-2,300 might actually be enough, keep in mind, Clemson couldn't sell out of our student tix in some games last year.

So the students will interact with people all over campus and off campus.....and then get isolated once they get in the stadium. Got it. Does Dan Rad have common sense at all???

Thats good news for the bars and restaurants that are open. The students go to those places and watch. Are the bars open in Clemson?

Very poor actions and response

The football program and IPTAY just lost me with their inaction and then dumb actions. Hopefully we can at least go to some soccer games.
