making big noise that had to bother our Team some. Very electric & enjoyable game for any college fan, but surprised ND-Michigan game still had well over a million more viewers, I believe. There you go..ND's history & Big 10's 1950's image.

I think some of the reason ND-UM pulled more viewers

was because ESPN hyped our game so one sided that it may have deterred viewers. I agree with you ND has tradition and both them and UM have huge national followings, but had ESPN talked up our game being an offensive shootout or our high paced offense vs their tough D, they might have been able to pull a few more viewers. Instead, it was FSU this and FSU that all week. If they highlight stuff like Tajh's and EJ Manuel's Virginia connection, Sammy coming home to Florida, etc. our game would appear to be as big a rivalry as UM-ND, which we all know it is

better ratings = better revenue... even if it is only 2 or 3 games a year in the ACC TV package

explosiveness of TiGERs & Seminole. Maybe, but maybe not since ND always gets that high rating & respect...as Michigan does too to an extent since they're really old rivals and part of the Big 10 Yankee image.

Beat our game by 1 1/2 million viewers I believe. Geez!
