it's never not great. Not long ago the Strays were playing the smaller clubs and festivals and passing through Charlotte a couple of times a year before blowing up. Their trajectory looks very similar to that of 49 Winchester now that I think about it...soon to be too big for the Neighborhood Theater or Visulite.

My Nephew, that I'm headed to Tennessee to see graduate, turned me on to 49 Winchester (which led me to Red Clay Strays). It seems like there is a demand amongst some of the younger generation for this Southern Rock type of music, and that's a good thing.
