The Slow Mesh

Props to Hartman today. He was in the zone. Really surprised how well it worked. We blew up our share of plays but did not get nearly as much penetration as last year. DBs certainly struggled but Hartman had way too many clean releases. I kept waiting for the tipped pass Int.
Also surprised wake didn’t roll Hartman out a few times. He can move. Weird to see the mesh on every play.

I don't ever remember us running that slow mesh? Must have been the one play I missed.

What's this like 3 years in a row we've seen it. Never had problems like today. Then again, Clawson did say the last few years they've had receivers open but the problem has been Hartman got too much pressure.

Some holding that didn’t get called. There were some other things too, but the holding on the left side particularly was abundant.

Betting ACC officials get some serious blowback after this one. Watch.
