He has not fully recovered from his knee injuries. He's a career backup unfortunately. Hate it for the guy.

Is he behind Spencer Shuey on the depth chart? Shuey's been playing lights out. Just a solid tackler, wraps people up and had that key shoestring tackle this evening.

Shuey is a lot like Tig Willard last year. He might not be the most athletic but he knows what he's doing and brings the fire every single down. That's a player that you can win with. Steward is not going to seriosuly challenge shuey

Agreed. I don't recall hearing much hype about Shuey coming in, but ever since he's been given the chance the dude just plays solid. Love the way he hits.

neither came in that highly rated but under Venables both have been outstanding because they understand the defense, limit stupid mistakes but most of all they are just FB players through and through. I don't want the fastest or the strongest. I want the guy that will gie you 110% every single snap.

now, why the #### did he play last year? How could he possibly have been recovered enough to play then if he's still not fully recovered now? Unfortunately, I think we just missed on this kid.
