Been more active on FB lately cause I wanna find a guitar I can raise the action on and play slide. So my FB algorithms are all a buzz and I’ve got a new recommended friend list. You know the one, where they show you the profile pic and say you and so and so have 10 of the same friends blah blah blah. Good Christian man Coach Tommy Bowden has showed up on my recommended friends list. What do?


Should I send him a friend request, be all buddy buddy, and see if I can get his secret Tnet handle out of him?maybe I should invite him fishin’? Dadgummit.

I've kinda been bouncing around the idea of getting a lap steel. You can usually pick up a decent one to get started with for under $300. Saw this the other day and I'm yet again tempted to pull the trigger on one.

When I feel I've mastered my ooo28ec Martin I'll look into learning something else. I think it will probably be the banjo. I've been wanting one for 20 years.
