since the SEC is not a possibility would have been to kick out Swofford, Pitt, Cuse, BC. Add Penn State, UT, OU, OSU, & TT, then have pods.

The ACC has had 3 chances to prove to Clemson and FSU

they are strongly supporting football. All three opportunities, they passed on.
Had they been open to 1 or 2 of them, it would have proven to both schools they wanted them to remain in the ACC and that they were willing to committ (somewhat) to football... and we likely wouldn't be having this discussion about the Big XII.
But again, they said "no".

Why on earth would anybody have a problem with that post? Yes, he's passing it along as fact - so what? It may be fact. If not, we'll know soon enough. He keeps posting things like that because a lot of people on here want to hear what he has to say about this. Sometimes it's redundant, but that's usually in response to somebody who's more or less asking or discussing the same thing.
I was very critical of York early on as well, but he clarified a few things and even apologized. What more do you want? There is absolutely nothing wrong with a healthy dose of skepticism, but are we really to a point here where no information whatsoever can be passed along unless it can be documented and verified by multiple outside T-net approved sources, or received the blessing of certain T-netters? I sure hope not.
