No. It'll be Usc/Ohio St. Wisconsin/Miami. Auburn/Ucf. Penn St/Washington (?). Best guess.

Playoff bowls get first/automatic dibs on teams. After that the remaining bowls have a pecking order on who gets to choose first. Typically they are affiliated with specific conferences and choose the best remaining teams from those conferences. But they can skip around to create a matchup that would allow more fans to travel and more people would care to watch on TV.
