I was at Clemson for all 4 of the Red Parker years. 2nd worse 4 year record. Red was a great guy and was starting to turn things around, and upset SCAR in his final game for Clemson at Death Valkey in 1976. He brought in Jeff Bostic, Joe Bostic, Steve Fuller, Dwight Clark, Willie Jordan, Jerry Butler, and Archie Reese. Those players would lay the foundation for the Danny Ford years. So, despite the losing records, those difficult years are fondly remembered. I suspect we will look back on 2023 as a difficult year that hopefully will pave the way for future success
