Why the change in defensive personnel & pressure in the second half??

Clemson defense was stout in the first half. Miami ran zero plays in Clemson territory. Don't think I have ever seen that before. Then in the 3rd quarter, we all saw it, the change in philosophy, alignment, aggressiveness was gone and no pressure applied. Why? I told some folks that it seems that Porky decided to "burn clock" and allow Miami to run the ball to burn the clock since we had a nice lead at the time. With a freshman QB in his first start on the other side, pressure would have put that game away in the 3rd quarter. He has inexplicably shown that tendency before to the cries of "what are you doing" from the Clemson fans. Is it some computer metric he follows which says he should soften the pressure and coverages or is it just his personality? I am not sure because I don't know him personally but I see this switch in defensive philosophy during games over and over for 2 years. I don't get it. Anyone else have any thoughts on this which make any sense, other than just making the other team run 10 or 15 plays while eliminating big plays to burn the clock? Is that what it is?

It appears our Cordinators are there to learn not to coach. Players know more than coaches. Wes is a good man but should be working elsewhere. He is not a coach. Riley has learned 4 plays since he has been there. Dabo needs to explain we could use more than 4 plays. Maybe you have noticed, most players come in knowing more and our staff de trains them. They never get better. Dabo better do a lot of firing or next year will be worse. Right now we are on track to lose 5 more games because staff is trying to learn the game of football
