Where to park in Charlottesville?

Never been up to UVA before. Where's recommended to park? Is it worth strolling through downtown shops before the game?

Get there early, go to one of two downtown parking garages ($10.0 for the game) then take the free trolley to the stadium. But, do get there early and don't expect to get back to the garage without a delay - probably by 9:00. Meantime, there is much to do on the downtown mall (before and after the game). I moved here from SC in '81. Tiger all my life. Love this town.

Lots of Clemson fans will be in UHall West and JPJ lots (see http://www.virginia.edu/parking/documents/maps/FootballParkingMap-Detail.pdf).
