When did you become a believer in dabo?

Honestly when he was hired I thought that was a bad hire. I wanted Tommy fired but did not think dabo was the guy. For me I can't put my finger on when I was converted. I guess it was sometime last year. But I am I firm believer now.

We were in the stands when he beat USuC as an interim.

The family and I were chanting "Dabo. Dabo, Dabo" at the end of the game. Wanted him hired as the coach then.

He took us to a play away from an ACC championship in his 1st full year. Bowden never won the division.

It's been a slow build for me, but I've always liked him as coach, just wondered if he'd ever get us to THIS level. Well, he has so hats off. I think back-to-back LSU and Ohio State raised my faith

I remember it like it was yesterday. Nelson Faeber dropped an easy slant on third and short and Dabo met him out at the hash marks and chewed him a new one. That's exactly the fire we needed because Tommy had lost his.

I know no one will believe it but it's true. He fired Spence that day and talked about the things that make then wheat he is today.
My step-dad hated him being made interim and he hated when he was made the head coach. I told him then he was wrong. This was the guy if the school got behind him he could do it. Every move since 10/18/2008 has been leading us to where we are today and he is the reason. This is the type of people I want representing my alma mater.

Same for me. Might have been a little naive but between killing spence and CJ I was all in from the start.

Tommy was such a no intensity no leadership type coach. Dabo came in hungry and full of fire. His head and heart were in the right place towards the right direction. I knew then that this is the coach we have needed since Danny left. Looking that way more and more.

I have been behind Coach Swinney from day one, but the day I knew we made the right decision was 2009 when we beat Florida State to win the Atlantic Division. The next year was frustrating, but it's been a fun ride and this year...I don't think I can explain it.

There was only one coach I would have preferred before Dabo and UGAy wasn't giving up their coach. When Dabo took the mic and wept at the joy of being named Clemson HC I knew he was our guy.
It's a spiritual thing. 'Equally yoked,' and such.

2005 . I posted on tnet after the Wake Forest debacle to fire TB and name Dabo head coach. There was about 800 tnetters laugh at me . Some even said Tommy wasn't going anywhere . I knew it couldn't get any worse .
