We are an extremely fortunate fanbase...

When you think of it, we have been extremely fortunate in the last several years with the star players we've had. We've had at least 1 star player (one of the best in the nation at the time) on our team every year since 2006.

From 2006-2009, we had the privilege of watching James Davis and CJ Spiller light up defenses.

In 2010, we got to watch the emergence of Deandre Hopkins, who ended up being a first-round pick, and then the year after that, Sammy Watkins, who we all know is a star.

That's not even to mention Tajh Boyd.

This year, I thought we had lost all of our star players, but now Deshaun Watson enters the picture and seems to be a player that will contend for the Heisman in the next 3 years.

Not every team gets the privilege of watching players like this year in and year out play for their team, but here at Clemson, we do. And we shouldn't take that for granted.

Don't forget Gaines Adams, Da'Quan Bowers, Ricky Sapp, James Davis and Dwayne Allen!
