Maybe the ancients knew more than we think they did, or heard it from those before them. A good story or tale or experience lives on and on and on, in some form or another. I'd never heard of these guys, but here's their teeth.

Guilty as charged :(

Been a little busy in the wake of the holidays and with the start of the new year, but I'll be back in force soon!

Hate I missed all the Saban chat. Somehow, his exit was a real shocker to me. I guess I always assumed he'd die on the sidelines and would never have a day of easy retirement in his life. I guess St. Nick is growing softer in his old age and wants to kick back some. Strange to think of him watching Bama games and not coaching them.

Looks like Bama got a promising guy though. DeBoer won big at Sioux Falls, won big at Fresno State, and won big at Washington. He's 49 years old and has only lost 12 games as a head coach, going 104-12 in 9 years at those three schools. But can he perform under the insanity and crushing pressure of rabid Bama fans?

Should be interesting. A complete outsider as far as I know, with no ties to anyone or anything in the South.

Yep, Bama scored 5*s in landing him. Strange though, Dabo barely got 1* so I'd expect Deboer to have a run of 15-0 seasons.
