The law sees it as a misdemeanor so the punishment

May 4, 2012, 4:36 PM

Should be misdemeanor in nature. Make him pick up trash or something. Case closed

I'm surprised that unlawful possession of a controlled pill

May 4, 2012, 4:40 PM

That may be from a legal point of view - what I want.......

Possession of a class 2 controlled substance that doesnt belong to you is a federal offense. Read the small print on any prescription bottle.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I'd lmfao if he comes up with a prescription.***

There's something in these hills.

Re: So all those kids at USuC and Clemson who take adderral

That is exactly what I am saying. We lock up non clemson athletes for this all the time (nurses, pharmacists, doctors, dentists) Possession of a controlled substance without a prescription is breaking Federal Law.

I would love to debate you on Pharmacy Law .

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Actually, yes. That's how nuts our drug laws are. They are

Jun 7, 2012, 10:20 PM [ in reply to So all those kids at USuC and Clemson who take adderral ]

all criminals by the letter of the law. Fortunately, these laws are phenomenally effective and it is only the smallest of smidgeons of the population that commit these crimes against, well, themselves.

I agree 100% and believe that any suspension of a game is

May 4, 2012, 7:16 PM

just trying to please outsiders looking in. I also think a game suspension is a punishment to the whole team, especially a big game like Auburn.

What's an example of an SC player getting caught with drugs or beating up a girl and not getting suspended under Spurrier?

Seriously. I'm listening.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Sammy was suspended from all football related activities

Jun 7, 2012, 10:24 PM

for two weeks following his arrest. Under the Spurrier Precedent, he has now completed his 14-day suspension and may finally return to team activities.
