Possession of a class 2 controlled substance that doesnt belong to you is a federal offense. Read the small print on any prescription bottle.

That is exactly what I am saying. We lock up non clemson athletes for this all the time (nurses, pharmacists, doctors, dentists) Possession of a controlled substance without a prescription is breaking Federal Law.
