His sister used to be my neighbor. Didn’t care for her, typical coot, but life supersedes rivalry. Sincerely pray that he pulls off a miracle.
Also, my grandfather was from Coosa County AL. Went to Weogukka, not Sylacauga, but just another reason to hope for the best for this young man.

His family started one of the greatest ministries I have ever been a part of called Filter of Hope. My wife and I just returned from one of those trips to Guatemala, where we were able to take 3 Clemson grad students and 2 Clemson profs. In 4 days we put in 37 water filters for 37 families…got to share the Gospel with 72 and 26 put their faith in Christ. Pray for that family.

fortunate. Very easy for things to get worse on the open ocean. One bad mistake leads to another and before yo know it you find yourself in a very bad spot.
