I'd rather that Dabo just field a team capable of being at least competitive with them. The best way to answer that kind of banter is by beating the shyatt out of them on the field. If we get embarrassed by them again this year like the last time they were here, Dabo is without excuse. It's obvious he's been losing ground to them every year.

yeah, dabo is 1-3 against sos, with sos having about a 4 year advantage in time on job (at usuc). dabo is getting the talent to compete with and beat the talent the 'ol sack has assembled down in cootlumbia. yeah. i love the fact that dabo stands up for his team and CLEMSON, and i would want my hc fired on the spot if he allowed another hc to take pot shots at his team or school, without stepping in front of them to fire back. bring it on!

I agree with the strong president mentality. That the vocal face of the program talk that sh*t right back at any and all takers coaches reporters radio dummies whoever! haha dabo does it out of passion and lack of self-control not out of responsibility. but you gotta dig how much he cares that he has to respond he just can't hold it in. but yes he is a fine coach and recruiter but d*mmit the misery of the last 3 statechamp games has been deflating and our d makes me sure i'm not getting front row in the valley like not again like 2 yrs ago. I strongly dislike the old balls coach spermier and his gamedicks and felt sh*tty when they won in the valley. and I'm sorry ya'll but prayer is all that will change this defense this year bc its not coaching its players, they have talent just not top national like our offense.

It wasn't that he 'couldn't hold it in' he was specifically asked by a reporter if he heard Spurrier's comments. He jokes would be funnier if:
-He could beat SOS
-I hadn't heard that one last year
-The overall record against the Gamecocks wasn't getting to a point that it isn't all that intimidating.
