His dementia has just made it much harder to keep up with all the lying he does
You probably aren’t old enough to remember him having to drop out of the presidential race in 1987 for plagiarism and lying about his education on his resume / campaign profile.
Just to set the level - Lying about your education on your resume disqualifies you for just about every legit job in America.

That is irrelevant to Trump’s mental state, which is not very stable.
As for who is worse, an old dementia Biden or a crazy Trump, that’s a matter of opinion. They’re both unfit.
