Also, I am very well aware that coach has said he’s going to play around 14 players so some guys are going to have days off but man Nawrocki is one of the better hitters on this team and should be in the lineup everyday. Give Obertop a day off instead

That’s nothing Nawrocki can’t do 😂 good day for Jimmy. Unfortunately he can’t catch every game and the lineup will adjust around that so someone has to miss a day when Jarrell has to catch. Just not Nawrocki please

I agree here...Creighton and Jarrell have me concerned and have been since last season. They simply can't hit...Wright has a to prove this season too as he is simply the reason Amick bounced.

Wright was not the reason Amick bounced. Amick was sent to the Cape Cod league last year by the Coach Bakich, with the sole intent to work on his 3rd base defensive skills. He was told he would be given every opportunity to compete for a starting position at 3rd. Wright has previous experience at 2nd. I like our infield right now but I think Coach would have loved to see Amick at 3rd and Wright at 2nd to get more experience on the infield. Amick got to Cape Cod and got recruited hard by sleazy Tennessee. The Vols bought and paid for him. Plain and simple. Bakich made a special trip to try and re-recruit him, but the money offer was too much. D-1 baseball podcast touched on it earlier this week.

the time, it has been with two outs, where the odds of scoring are not in your favor anyway.
Let's just not make a habit of leaving the sacks full, it is demoralizing if it keeps happening. It's early in the season, too soon to call it a trend yet.
