Was great to see us actually playing the game of baseball yesterday instead of the analytic game. Sound fundamentals, good coaching, and taking advantage of opponents miss ques makes for a team that can win at a high level CONSISTENTLY. Have no idea how the season will turn out but hope to see more games like yesterday.

Were there any bunts yesterday ? That is about the only thing I haven't heard about. We have had very few in the last 2 years.

Don’t remember off hand but we didn’t really have a need to play small ball. Did see good fielding, a pitcher actually pitching instead of trying to throw it through the mitt, and absolute wreaking havoc on the bases though.

When you can steal every base with no concerns, why would you waste an out on a bunt?
