I'm so sick of that replay, that guy , and this rules discussion. Let them wear tutu's and play touch. that is where we are heading with all the candy a-ed new rules.

Amen to that! I was watching one of the NFL old-timers speaking on the same subject ("the hit"), and he was giving both the NFL officials, and the NCAA rules committee all kinds of hail and grief. Finally he just said, "Do we want to play flag or two-hand-touch in the NFL?" Had to LOL!

had been called an illegal hit, I would have quit watching football.
either take the face masks off these guys or just let them play. clownhole made a good form tackle on that play. any one of us tiger fans would have been upset if this was flipped the other way.
this rule will be ugly this year. according to the rule he would have been kicked out of the rest of that game and required to sit the first half of the following game.

Who listens to HD from ESPN? I wish ESPN would find someone better to represent the ACC on there site. She has no clue. Its football. I wish players were allowed a flag as a warning. If it happen again then they should be ejected from the game and suspended for 1 game. ITS FOOTBALL. Im a ACC fan but Love the physical play from SEC.
