Interesting article. Mentions Clemson/FSU being completely off the table for the Big 12 because of the pending ACC Network deal.

Monday there was no way the BIG 12 was expanding.
Tuesday news of the ACC Network comes out.
Wednesday,BIG 12 is expanding and most likely taking 4 teams.

Man, that's a bunch of garbage to choose from. Tulane, UCF, UCONN, CINCI, Memphis ugh...

Houston is a no brainer compared to the other options and I would look past the religious aspect of BYU too, as they fit geographically, academically and bring a viable brand. Take these two and then pick two more from the leftovers.

BYU would be a nice addition if they want to go that route. But I believe they are trying to be like ND in maintaining football independence.

I am betting that UCF and USF are the other two targets.
