team, make sure to overtly state that the team is no longer playing for the bandwagon fans who can't maintain their composure.
Make sure to say that it's not worth it to have fans who truly have no interest in seeing Clemson succeed, and only care about their own little egos.
Make sure to let your team know that there are fans who support every effort they make while in Orange & White, without expectation.
Make sure to go home every day proud of what you've accomplished without regard the lowlifes of society that populate boards like this.
Oh, you already do this? Well thanks for that, should have figured you'd be ahead of the game; and you know, #GoTigers!

You can’t fault people for having different emotional capabilities.
Not everyone is even able to look at it the way you do, or the way it should be looked at.
The way the look at it is that you’re not actually on the team. It should affect you. You should care about it. You should be dedicated to it. But I guarantee you no fan will ever care more than the players. There isn’t a time where the fans are more aware of problems that the actual players on the team. They know everything we know.
Some just don’t or can’t have this. They see it as a personal investment. They think that since so much personal investment has been given, they deserve something in return, success. And they cannot stand when success does not occur.
Don’t let it hit you so deeply, you can’t control other people and how they behave.

Maybe it would be better if he just didn't address the "outside noise" as Kirby might call it. Seems there is no upside to taking on the fans this way.

when....in actuality the vast majority of these fans he's "speaking to" just CARE and have been Clemson fans MUCH longer than he has, myself included.
