W’s “compassionate conservatism” political talking point helped to get W. elected.
That W. used one of his few ‘honorable’ bullets in fulfilling this terrible campaign promise has put W. at rock bottom among Republican presidents since Warren Harding.

The essence of his message is that he doesn't care about facts so long as it sounds like it's bad for Biden. It's a stupid message but unfortunately not an unusual one.
