Sounds like a He said/ She said situation. He did say he pulled his pants down. If he did so in her presence, then he should be punished for that. Kinda doubt he put his junk on her face. But I don't think it's the same as DW4's situation.

a minor point. Manning apparently had one accuser. DW had that plus 20 some more. Doesn't clarify guilt but a lot more smoke from the DW fire.

Love DW4, but if even half of the accusations against him are true it makes him serial. Also, there was an even bigger power difference with the massage people.

I just hope therapy helps DW4 and he can put this type behavior in his past.
