I think it's funny how these poor, impoverished college football players can afford $300 headphones and $300 cell phones. Makes me feel for them. They really do need to make money instead of just receiving an education. At least then, they could upgrade the headphones and cell phones!

from other college athletes, just pointing out that "they" want to make money to play a game when they are getting a $20k+/year education?? Wow! I wish I got paid in college instead of taking 20 credit hours, two part time jobs and eating powdered pancackes for a week. (I know, cry me a river)..."Just Sayin"

All of these kids families aren't dirt poor like myself. With most of the kids that will have an NFL future, are the ones you see with all the expensive cloths and electronic toys. They are the ones that the families are baiting with those types of things, just waiting on the big payday....

A lot of the electronic stuff comes from the bowl game gifts. Its why every player on successful team seems to own a pair of Beats headphones.

Bowl gifts, university athletic dept. provisions for things like iPads, suits, etc. - everything is not questionable.
