Or the sealed-from-the-outside-controlled-by-a-video-game-controller-no-communcation-mechanism death trap under the sea.
I could fill this entire post with NOPEs.
Seriously though, what a way to go, very sad. Gives me the heebie-jeebies thinking about it.
I saw someone a commenter talking about how the company needs to increase their safety controls on these dives. Uh, there are no more dives. This company is no longer in the submersible business, lol.

You absolutely have to, it, tourist things in Hawaii. And never get on a tourist submersible vessel, even if you absolutely have to. And yes, even in the military.

Read an article this morning on WAPO re: this submersible. On page 1 of the waiver, death is mentioned three times.
This contraption's running lights were apparently bought off the shelf at Camping World and there was another near fatal mishap when this vessel had its prop caught in the wreckage of the Titanic some years ago.
It's remarkable that a fatal event hasn't already occurred.
Apparently a P3 has heard some sounds coming from near the Titanic, but it is unlikely enough oxygen will remain to save these folks if this noise is coming from the submersible.
I have a fairly high risk tolerance, but this one would have been a hard no. I'm fine looking at pics from a 111 year old boat on the ocean floor in National Geographic.

Is if they find it floating at the surface. Even if they were somehow able to find it below, there wouldn't be enough time to get it out.

I can't think of anything I would want to get in that's locked from the outside. That's like being in prison.

Unfortunately, the client would not fit in whole so the client had to be......adjusted to fit.
He was operating at Lake Hartwell, so it shouldn't affect your business....He's also in jail.

Only in America, entrepreneur with a can do spirit. Please tell me you washed out the dioxin from these drums with a couple rounds with the garden hose. Safety first!
I'm thinking of starting a similar enterprise off Sullivans Island in honor of the CSS Hunley with a deep discount for visitors from Ohio.

said that the worst outcome isn't that they died underwater, but they actually did resurface, and are out there right now, floating with no way to remove the 18 bolts securing the hatch & reach fresh oxygen.

We're it not for the intermittent banging I would feel confident in assuming something fatal occurred by the time we heard anything about this.
